240W Selectable UFO LED High Bay, Ceilings Up to 35 ft
Built for tall-ceiling spaces, up to 35 feet, with the field-customization and durability of a fixture that's proven itself for years.
- Rotatable lens sets beam at install: 60° for aisles, 85° for general areas, 105° for open spaces and courts.
- 0-10V dimming and plug-in sensor port for occupancy control, no rewiring required.
- Separate external driver and aluminum alloy housing, built to outlast driver-on-board fixtures.

A Design That Has Stood the Test of Time
Some products get redesigned every year because they have to. This one doesn't.
This high bay has been in the field for years, in warehouses, gymnasiums, factories, and distribution centers running long hours in tough conditions. Over time we've updated the internals to keep pace with advances in LED efficiency and controls. The housing design has stayed largely the same, because it works: robust aluminum alloy construction, effective thermal management, and a build quality that holds up where lesser fixtures don't.
When you're mounting a light up to 35 feet in the air, reliability isn't a nice-to-have. A failed fixture means renting a scissor lift or scaffolding, often several hundred dollars for a half-day at that height, on top of the replacement cost. With a rated lamp life of 83,000 hours, that's a call you're far less likely to have to make. This fixture's 5-year warranty and proven track record are part of the value calculation, not just a spec on a sheet.
Dial In the Exact Light You Need
Most high bays ship with a fixed beam. This one gives you three options, adjustable at install:
- 60° for a tight, focused beam in narrow aisles, tall racking, and high ceilings
- 85° for general-purpose coverage in most warehouse and industrial floor areas
- 105° for wide spread in open spaces, courts, and lower ceiling heights
The rotatable lens physically redirects the optics. It's not a diffuser, not a workaround. Pair that with dip-switch control over wattage (144W / 192W / 240W) and color temperature (4000K / 5000K), and you have a single fixture that covers almost any zone in a large facility.
Energy Management Built In
- 0-10V dimming. Connect to any standard commercial dimming controller to reduce output and energy use on demand.
- Plug-in motion sensor port. Add occupancy control without rewiring; sensor sold separately.
- Three wattage settings. Right-size the output to the ceiling height instead of over-lighting and over-paying.

Not All High Bays Are Built the Same
A cheaper high bay might look similar in a listing photo. Here's what's different when it arrives — and years later.
| This Fixture | Typical Marketplace Import | |
|---|---|---|
| Driver Quality | Commercial-grade; stable, flicker-free output | Consumer-grade; flicker common |
| Driver Design | Separate external driver | Driver-on-board (DOB); heat from the LEDs degrades the driver faster, shortening fixture life |
| Lamp Life | 83,000 hours (L80) | Often 50,000 hours or less, with output degrading faster than advertised |
| Temperature Rating | -22°F to 122°F | Typically 32°F–104°F |
| Impact Rating | IK08 | Rarely rated |
| Beam Angle Control | 3-position rotatable lens | Fixed; no field adjustment |
| Dimming | 0-10V + sensor port | Rarely supported |
| Housing | Aluminum alloy; proven design | Often plastic or thin stamped metal |
| Warranty Support | 5 years; ELEDLights US-based team | Typically 1 year or less; seller may vanish |
| Rebate Eligible | ✓ Yes, DLC 5.1 listed | ✗ No, disqualified without DLC |
On driver design: Many ultra-cheap high bays use a "driver-on-board" design where the driver circuitry is mounted directly on the LED board. Because LEDs generate significant heat, the driver is constantly exposed to thermal stress, accelerating failure. This fixture uses a separate external driver, keeping it away from the heat source and extending the working life of the whole unit.
On rebates: DLC 5.1 certification means this fixture qualifies for utility rebates in most commercial programs, often $15 to $50 per fixture. On a 20-fixture install, that can significantly offset the cost difference versus a cheaper import before you account for energy savings and avoided replacement costs.
On replacement costs: These lights go up to 35 feet. When a cheap fixture fails early, getting it down and back up typically means renting a scissor lift or scaffolding, often several hundred dollars for a half-day at that height, on top of the fixture itself. Buy a light that lasts and you may never have to make that call.
