ELEDLights reserves the right to update our policies at any time to best serve our customers.

Shipping & Delivery

FedEx Ground shipping is free on online orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Please note: Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and some custom or wholesale orders.

In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 hours.

FedEx does not ship to P.O., APO, or FPO boxes.

Customer responsibility: Ensure the delivery address is secure. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or Mexico: Contact us for customized shipping solutions and information about duties or import fees.

Warranties

We offer warranties ranging from 2 to 10 years, depending on the product line:

  • 2-Year Warranty – Applies to most solar lighting products.
  • 3-Year Warranty – Standard on all Essentials line items. Customers may extend these warranties to 5 years at checkout for an additional cost.
  • 5-Year Warranty – Standard for the majority of our lighting products.
  • 7-Year Warranty – Available on certain high-performance models.
  • 10-Year Warranty – Offered on our most durable and advanced fixtures.
  • 10-Year + Labor Warranty – Some of our products also include a $25 labor credit per light installed.

Warranties apply to products installed and used under normal conditions and cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusions:
Damage from improper installation, power surges, or misuse is not covered. Labor is not included unless otherwise specified.

Certified Refurbished Products: 6-month warranty.
Closeout Items: 90-day warranty.

Replacement Process:
If a product fails under warranty, we’ll guide you through replacing either the part or the full fixture, depending on the issue. During the first year, return shipping and replacement shipping are covered. After year one, customers are responsible for return shipping, and we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement.

To request a warranty return:

  • Orders on or after June 24, 2018 (Order numbers starting with ORD): Request a Return Authorization
  • Orders before June 24, 2018: Email lights@eledlights.com with your order number and issue details.

Returns

We offer Risk-Free Returns. If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, you can return it for free within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Our easy online return process has you covered.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, call us at 858-581-0597.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom or special-order products are not eligible for cancellation or return.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined with sale pricing.
  • Not applicable to shipping, handling, taxes, or prior orders.
  • Promotions have no cash value and may be modified or ended at any time.
  • Project customers and customers with negotiated pricing are not eligible for online promotions.

Order Terms

  • Customer is responsible for any sales tax if applicable. Sales tax is applied to shipments in California and Pennsylvania.
  • User shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. 
  • Credit card refunds may incur a processing fee.
