Received a nonfunctioning light?
If a light arrives non-functioning or stops working under normal use within its warranty period, that's a warranty issue — and you're covered regardless of whether you purchased return insurance.
We'll make it right by replacing the failed part or the entire product. If a replacement part is needed, we'll provide instructions for the swap. Start your warranty replacement/repair request here.

Returning or exchanging a light you're not happy with
Satisfaction-based returns and exchanges are covered under our Return Insurance & Package Protection plan, available for purchase at checkout.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Shipments that are lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrive damaged are covered under our Return Insurance & Package Protection plan.
Warranty replacements/repairs
Should your ELEDLights product fail within its warranty period, we will make it right by replacing the failed part or the entire product. If a replacement part is needed, we'll provide instructions for the swap.
