All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. The warranty period for each light is listed in the Specifications section of the product page. While the minimum warranty for any light in our store is two years, the vast majority of our lights are warrantied for five years.
Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged through improper use or faulty installation. Warranty covers only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Credit card information is transmitted securely using 256-bit encryption and is not stored on our online server. 
Quantity/bulk discounts are available for many products and the discounted pricing will automatically be applied when the appropriate quantity has been added to your shopping cart. The discounts can often be applied across all of the options for a given product. For example, if a discount is available on orders of 10 or more of a given LED tube light, you can purchase 5 frosted and 5 clear and still qualify for the discount.
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California and Pennsylvania.
Promotions will be available from time to time. You can be notified of these by signing up for email notifications—see the subscribe box at the bottom of every page. (You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of our newsletters or promotional emails.)
Only one promotional discount may be applied per order. 
Custom Orders & Large Orders
We can special order whatever lights you need if we don't already have them available on our site. Just contact our lighting pros. Please allow additional production and shipping time for these orders. Custom/special orders for LED bulbs and fixtures, as well as large orders, are non-refundable.
Order Status
To view or check the status of your order, log into your account and click My Orders in the My Account menu.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on orders over $500. Flat rate of $15 on orders up to $249. $10 flat rate on orders from $250 to $500.
Our products ship out of our San Diego, CA, and Hatboro, PA, warehouses via UPS. Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Buyer is responsible for security at delivery location.
Handling Fees
Due to their size, a small number of our lights incur handling fees. However, these fees are waived if you purchase the lights in quantity. Here are the fees and their thresholds:
  • LED Panel Lights (2x4 size only) - $8/panel handling fee, waived when 30 or more 2x4 panels are purchased at once
  • 8ft LED-ready tube fixtures - $15/fixture handling fee
  • 8ft LED tubes - $4/tube handling fee, waived when 10 or more 8ft tubes are purchased at once
Returns & Replacements
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality of workmanship and shipped in protective packaging. However, if you need to return a light during the 30-day money back guarantee period or while it's under warranty, we offer easy online returns. Check here for our full policy.
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, call 858-581-0597. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, including email address, newsletter subscriptions and default billing and shipping addresses, log into your account.
