All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. The warranty period for each light is listed in the Specifications section of the product page. While the minimum warranty for any light in our store is two years, the vast majority of our lights are warrantied for five years.
Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged through improper use or faulty installation. Warranty covers only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Credit card information is transmitted securely using 256-bit encryption and is not stored on our online server. 
Quantity/bulk discounts are available for many products and the discounted pricing will automatically be applied when the appropriate quantity has been added to your shopping cart. The discounts can often be applied across all of the options for a given product. For example, if a discount is available on orders of 10 or more of a given LED tube light, you can purchase 5 frosted and 5 clear and still qualify for the discount.
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California and Pennsylvania.
Promotions will be available from time to time. You can be notified of these by signing up for email notifications—see the subscribe box at the bottom of every page. (You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of our newsletters or promotional emails.)
Only one promotional discount may be applied per order. 
Custom Orders & Large Orders
Custom/special orders for LED bulbs and fixtures, as well as large orders, are non-refundable. Please allow additional production and shipping time for these orders.

To view or check the status of your order, log into your account and click My Orders in the My Account menu.
Shipping & Delivery
Our products ship out of our San Diego, CA, and Huntingdon Valley, PA, warehouses via UPS. Most orders placed by 2:00 pm PST weekdays (excluding holidays) are shipped same day. Buyer is responsible for security at delivery location.
Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes.
Returns & Replacements
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality of workmanship and shipped in protective packaging. However, should you experience a problem with any of the lights in your order, we will replace the malfunctioning light at no charge within its warranty period. To return an item contact us via email ( or call us at 215.355.7200 or 858.581.0597 to request an RMA. Orders can only be returned after they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, call 858-581-0597.
Risk-Free Evaluation

Evaluate any one of our lights before committing to a quantity purchase by taking advantage of our Risk-Free Eval. At checkout, simply use coupon code RISKFREE, and you'll be able to return the light, in its original packaging, within 10 days, for a full refund for any reason. 
Once you're satisfied with your light choice, ordering the rest of your lights is easy: log into your account, go to My Orders, open the order that had your risk-free eval, and click Reorder. Enter the quantity you need and place the order.
Evaluation is limited to one light per type, not applicable on special-order items.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, including email address, newsletter subscriptions and default billing and shipping addresses, log into your account.
