To start a return or start the process of a warranty replacement, please enter your order number and email address to find your order. Once you've submitted your request, an ELEDLights team member will be in touch within one business day of your submission.

Orders placed prior to April 2, 2022: if you run into any difficulty setting up an online return or warranty request, email your order number and contact information, along with a description of your problem, to rma@eledlights.com. Most customers should not experience issues, but older orders in particular may not be fully covered by the new online system.
