Durable, reliable hazardous location lighting with a built-in battery backup ensures your lighting meets building codes by providing 90 minutes of emergency lighting in the event of a power failure or other emergency power situation.

In addition to the battery backup, this light features everything you'd expect in our EXP5H Hazardous Location Luminaire line:

  • Low-copper aluminum alloy housing with a special, durable powder coating. Brackets are anti-corrosion-treated stainless steel.
  • LED module and driver are in separate categories for longer operating life.
  • Self-locking spring terminals make installation easy.
  • Suitable for use in marine environments for 10 or more years.
  • Provides 7,000 lumens of light at just 50W.
  • Emergency operation provides 1,350 lumens of light for 90 minutes when power is out.

This luminaire meets standards for use in the following harsh or hazardous environments: Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D; Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, G; Class II, Division 2, Groups F, G; Class III; Wet Locations; and Marine.

If you select the ceiling or wall mount brackets, they come with four conduit holes to allow fixtures to be interconnected for faster installation.

Warranty Info

All ELEDLights products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Most of our products are warrantied for 5 years or longer. The warranty period is listed in the product's Specifications tab.

Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire lamp or fixture, depending on the particular product and failure in question. If a replacement part is needed, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out. If a replacement light is warranted, ELEDLights will ship the replacement out once we have received and inspected the failed light.Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged through improper use, voltage spike, or faulty installation.

Our warranties cover only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically noted.

During the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free. After the first year, the customer is responsible for shipping defective parts to one of our warehouse locations, and ELEDLights will pay for shipping of the replacement.

1Electricity cost savings pertain to when the light replaces existing older lighting. Savings are calculated based on the light operating 12 hours/day, 7 days/week at the highest available wattage for the light & the highest wattage it is specified to replace, at a utility rate of 12 cents/kWh. If lights are sold in a pack, cost savings is based on the total number of lights in the pack. Actual savings will vary depending on usage, replacement, and rates.
