Catch shoppers’ attention with attractive, brightly lit, refrigerated display cases. Our 5ft LED cooler tubes are quick and easy replacements for fluorescent bulbs in walk-in coolers, reach-in coolers, freezers, and refrigerated display cases.

Each 5ft cooler tube provides 3,125 lumens of cold white light (5000K) with a CRI greater than 80 for accurate color rendering. 50,000-hour average operating life provides nearly six years of 24/7 operation before the lamp will need replacement. These tubes are ETL listed and come with a 5-year warranty.

Because these tubes have a built-in driver, installation is a breeze. Simply wire the freezer tubes to direct line power. They are also easily connectable – you can string up to 10 tubes together in one row.

Warranty

All ELEDLights products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Most of our products are warrantied for 5 years or longer. The warranty period is location in the product's Specifications tab.

Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire lamp or fixture, depending on the particular product and failure in question. If a replacement part is needed, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out. If a replacement light is warranted, ELEDLights will ship the replacement out once we have received and inspected the failed light.

Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged through improper use, voltage spike, or faulty installation. Our warranties cover only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically noted.

During the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free. After the first year, the customer is responsible for shipping defective parts to one of our warehouse locations, and ELEDLights will pay for shipping of the replacement.

ELEDLights offers Risk-Free Returns. If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receipt of shipment, ELEDLights will issue you a full refund. The returned product[s] should be new, uninstalled, and have the original packaging intact. If you would like to start a return, but are unsure about your eligibility, reach out to one of our team members by calling 215.355.7200. We will do our best to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Once your return is approved, ELEDLights will provide a UPS label for return shipping. If a defective, nonfunctional, or incorrect item was received, the return shipping will be 100% free.

*Due to the fragility of glass tubes, we accept returns of glass tubes only if they are defective or were damaged in transit.
