Dan Dempster, of Dempster's Quality Car Care in Hatboro, PA, knew his auto repair shop's business signage was in dire need of a face-lift. Faced with the options of repair or full replacement of his fluorescent lightboxes, he decided to investigate how easily he might be able to retrofit them with energy efficient LEDs. Dan had already upgraded much of his shop's interior lighting to LED technology about a year ago.
