ELEDLights reserves the right to modify and adjust our policies at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on orders over $400. For all other orders, we charge a flat rate of $20. Custom orders may not qualify for free shipping.
In-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours.
All ELEDLights products ship out of our San Diego, CA, or Hatboro, PA, warehouses via UPS. Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. The purchaser is responsible for security at the delivery location. ELEDLights cannot be held liable for any damages, theft, or loss that occurs after arrival.
For our customers located in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, please contact us to receive the best shipping and delivery methods possible. We will work with you to ensure your products arrive in a timely manner and discuss options concerning duties/import fees.
All ELEDLights products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. The warranty period for each light is listed in the Specifications section of the product page. The vast majority of our lights are warrantied for five or more years.
Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged through improper use, voltage spike, or faulty installation. Our warranties cover only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically noted.
Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire lamp or fixture, depending on the particular product and failure in question. If a replacement part is needed, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out. If a replacement light is warranted, ELEDLights will ship the replacement out once we have received and inspected the failed light.
During the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free. After the first year, the customer is responsible for shipping defective parts to one of our warehouse locations, and ELEDLights will pay for shipping of the replacement.
To return an item under warranty:
- For orders placed on or after June 24, 2018 (your order number will start with ORD): request a return authorization.
- For orders placed before June 24, 2018 (your order number does not start with ORD): email your order number and contact information, along with a description of your problem, to email@example.com.
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality of workmanship and shipped in protective packaging. However, if you need to return a product during the 30-day Money-Back-Guarantee period, or while it's under warranty, we offer easy online returns. Check here to start a return.
New, uninstalled products with their original packaging intact may be returned to ELEDLights within 30 days of receipt of shipment, with prior authorization, for a full refund. After 30 days or without original packaging, items may be subject to a restocking fee or ineligible for return. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your return, our customer service team is available to help.
ELEDLights will provide a UPS label for return shipping. Where the customer received a defective, nonfunctional, or incorrect item, return shipping will be 100% free. Items returned for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect item do not qualify for free return shipping, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Final credit from a return will be determined after the returned product is inspected.
Special-order lights cannot be cancelled or returned. Close-out and clearance items are also ineligible for return.
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, call 858-581-0597. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled. Special-order lights cannot be cancelled or returned.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Credit card information is transmitted securely using 256-bit encryption and is not stored on our online server. We also offer Net 30 terms. You can complete a Commercial Credit Application here.
Bulk discounts are available for high quantity purchases of most products. You can request a bulk price quote from any product page or by visiting our Bulk Pricing Request page.
Custom & Special Orders
If we don't already have the light you need available on our site, we can customize or special order whatever lights you are looking for. Just contact our lighting pros. Please allow additional production and shipping time for these orders. Custom/special orders for LED bulbs and fixtures, as well as large orders, are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Promotional Coupons & Discounts
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with sale pricing, Every Day Low Price products, discounts, clearance, or other promotional offers. Promotional discounts apply to in-stock items & while supplies last. The X-series grow lights and some UV disinfection products, which are already set at the lowest price we can offer, are excluded from promotions. Promotions are not applicable to previous or existing orders, shipping or handling fees, or taxes. Customers will be contacted if there is an extended shipping delay. Promotions have no cash value. ELEDLights reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time. Please note that project customers and customers with special pricing are not eligible for online promotions.

- Customer is responsible for any sales tax if applicable. Sales tax will be applied for shipments to California and Pennsylvania.
- User shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation fee is 30% plus return shipping costs unless otherwise noted. Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Credit card refunds are subject to a processing fee.
