At ELEDLights.com, we try to make getting new lights as easy as possible, starting with making sure the lights you get for your money are well built and dependable, and that they arrive safely at your door in sturdy packaging. But for us, the sale doesn't end at delivery. If you have any questions or problems, you can contact us any time, and if you need to return or replace a light, we also try to make that easy too. EASY RETURNS POLICY

Submit your return online! Any product in our store can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment without incurring a restocking fee, as long as it's returned in its original packaging and in new condition. Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, so be sure to use our online return system to begin your return and avoid this fee! Returns started more than 30 days after product delivery will also incur a 20% restocking fee, as will items returned without their original packaging (so hang on to that packaging for 30 days, just in case!) Special-order, custom lights, and close-out/clearance items are the only lights not eligible for return.

ELEDLIGHTS will pay 100% of the shipping costs for return of items where the customer received defective, nonfunctional, or incorrect items.

Items returned for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect item will not qualify for free return shipping.

IMPORTANT: IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We take care to package our lights for protection during shipping, but once our products leave our warehouse, they're out of our control. If you receive a damaged shipment, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, so that we can file a claim with the shipping company. Please contact customer service ASAP at 215-355-7200.

SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS

We can email you a UPS shipping label for your return—simply choose that option during the return process.

If you're returning the product because it was defective, damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong one, your shipping will be free when you use our UPS label. Otherwise the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund when it's processed, or you choose to ship it yourself, using your own UPS account, FedEx, USPS, or other preferred shipper.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Every DLC-listed light on our site comes with a 5-year warranty, and that's the majority of lights on our site. All other lights have either a 2- or 3-year warranty. Your warranty period starts the day you purchase the light.

Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire light, depending on the particular light and failure in question. The replacement part or light will be shipped free. If it's a replacement part, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out.

The warranty applies only to factory defects. Lights with more than normal wear and tear or that have been used in ways/locations they're not intended for will not be eligible for warranty service or replacement.

HOW TO DO AN EASY ONLINE RETURN

At the bottom of every page on this site you'll find the link "Return a Product." Click that. You may be asked to log in. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to select an order you've placed and start a return. Answer a few questions, select the product(s) you're returning, and submit the form. That was easy, right?

We'll email you a label for your return. Print that out, put it on the shipping box, and send it back to us. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund accordingly.
