Return and Replacement of Lights
New, uninstalled products with their original packaging intact may be returned to ELEDLIGHTS within 30 days of receipt of shipment, with prior authorization, for a full refund. Special-order, custom, and close-out/clearance items are ineligible for return. Handling fees, on the few products we charge them, are non-refundable.
ELEDLIGHTS will provide a UPS label for return shipping. Where the customer received defective, nonfunctional, or incorrect item, return shipping will be 100% free. Items returned for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect item do not qualify for free return shipping, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Final credit from a return will be determined after the return product is inspected.
Product Damage in Transit
For products damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging and light and complete a Return Authorization Request to receive replacements.
Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire light, depending on the particular light and failure in question. If it's a replacement part, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out. During the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free. After the first year, customer is responsible for shipping defective part to ELEDLIGHTS.com, and ELEDLIGHTS.com will pay for shipping of the replacement.
