Mobile UVC Air Sanitizer for Occupied & Unoccupied Areas
High-Capacity Air Sanitizing
Disinfect warehouses, factory floors, gymnasiums, temporary shelters, work sites, open office spaces, and more with this powerful dual-use UVC air purification system capable of treating up to 120,000 cubic feet of air per hour. This system features three modes of operation: blower on, blower & lamps on, or timed lamps on.
During occupied area operation, the system draws air through MERV filters at the base of the system into the closed UVC chamber where 254nm wavelength UV light inactivates and sterilizes airborne microbes. The sanitized air is then sent back out through the unit's exhaust louvers. In occupied mode, the unit operates continuously as long as it is powered on, and it can be set to operate with blowers on (filtration only) or lamps & blowers on (filtration plus UV).
During unoccupied area operation, the unit's doors are opened so that the lamps face outwards. This disables the fan and activates the disinfection timer. A time-delay function allows the operator to safely leave the room before the disinfection operation begins. Four PIR motion sensors provide safety shutoff should motion be detected near the disinfection area during timed operation. Once the timer completes, the unit turns itself off.
In addition to UVC disinfection, this mobile air sanitizer includes a filter rated at MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) 16. MERV 16-rated filters are able to stop particulates from 0.3 to 1.0 microns in size. This filter rating surpasses Superior Commercial and Superior Residential ratings and can be used in medical settings.
This mobile unit has four wheels at its base for easy deployment and storage. It also comes with a 50-foot 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord with a standard straight blade plug for 110V wall outlets.
It's also built to last, constructed of 304 stainless steel. The UV chamber has a polished surface to maximize light distribution. Eight 8000-hour T8HO UVC fluorescent lamps are included with the unit. Total UV irradiance is 1920 µW/cm² @ 1 meter.
Warning and Disclaimer: UVC radiation can cause skin burns and eye injuries that may appear hours after exposure has occurred. Avoid direct skin exposure to UVC radiation and never look directly into a UVC light source, even briefly. Inappropriate and improper use of the UV-C products could be dangerous and harmful. Always keep the products away from and out of reach of children. We recommend ANSI Z87.1-1989 eye/face protection, long pants and sleeves, and disposable nitrile gloves when working with or around exposed UV lamps. You are cautioned not to tamper with factory settings.
