Smooth, water-shedding lights provide ultra-efficient, easy washdown LED lighting for any location that has stringent cleanliness requirements, water spray exposure, or frequent dust accumulation. This makes them idea for food processing, pharmaceutical processing, biotech laboratories, horticulture, car washes, and more. Plus, it’s a good looking light!

Enclosed in a lightweight, non-toxic, and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy housing, our 100W LED Washdown High Bay light is IP66 rated to withstand high-pressure water jets and also to keep dust out of the sealed fixture. Water runs right off the dome-shaped fixture, and the lack of exposed screws eliminates bacteria breeding grounds. As a result, this washdown light is NSF Certified and can be used in controlled-environment locations.

Our 100W model offers a number of advantages over 250W metal halide and other HID lighting options, including 60% reduction in energy usage, lower thermal emittance for reduced HVAC usage, and a longer rated life (50,000 hours average). 13,000 lumens, 5000K (cool white) color temperature, color rendering index (CRI) of > 80, and 90° beam angle.

The lens is high transmittance polycarbonate, not glass, to eliminate risk of shattering or shards while still acting as a crystal-clear diffuser for the light to shine through.

Risk-Free Returns

ELEDLights offers Risk-Free Returns. First time customers who are not satisfied with their order for any reason may return items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, and we'll cover the shipping. The returned product(s) should be new, uninstalled, and have the original packaging intact or risk restocking fees or return rejection. Select orders, due to shipping costs, may have a handling fee for the return. ELEDLights will issue your refund once we receive and inspect your product. 

For all other customers, most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some orders may require customer to cover shipping costs, based on cost of shipping. Orders under $500 require the customer to cover return shipping. Any orders delivered more than 30 days ago will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to amend these policies without notice. 

Due to the fragility of tubes, we accept returns of tubes only if they are defective or were damaged during transit. 

Please Note: Final credit for a return will be determined after the returned product has been inspected. Special-order, custom, and close-out/clearance items are ineligible for return. Handling fees, on the few products we charge them, are non-refundable.

Warranty Info

All ELEDLights products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Most of our products are warrantied for 5 years or longer. The warranty period is listed in the product's Specifications tab.

Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire lamp or fixture, depending on the particular product and failure in question. If a replacement part is needed, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out. If a replacement light is warranted, ELEDLights will ship the replacement out once we have received and inspected the failed light.Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged through improper use, voltage spike, or faulty installation.

Our warranties cover only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically noted.

During the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free. After the first year, the customer is responsible for shipping defective parts to one of our warehouse locations, and ELEDLights will pay for shipping of the replacement.

*Electricity cost savings pertain to when the light replaces existing older lighting. Savings are calculated based on the light operating 12 hours/day, 7 days/week at the highest available wattage for the light & the highest wattage it is specified to replace, at a utility rate of 12 cents/kWh. If lights are sold in a pack, cost savings is based on the total number of lights in the pack. Actual savings will vary depending on usage, replacement, and rates.
